“Projets Sourire” (“Smile” Initiative) are local initiatives designed by CSR committees in each IBL cluster of companies, to bring joy to children living in poor conditions.
They have a limited budget of Rs 50,000 per year, which are used for field trips, Christmas celebrations with the children, or the refurbishing of early childhood centres.
They are a key component of IBL Together’s CSR initiatives, and allow the involvement of corporate team members as volunteers.
